Position Overview

The Epic Radiant Solutions Analyst Maintenance supports OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and staying reputed company on technological advancements. This position is centered on resolving reputed company technical issues, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. Additionally, it involves aligning technical strategies with business objectives and fostering collaboration with non-technical stakeholders to reputed company the gap between technology and organizational goals.

Essential Duties

• Certification/proficiency in Radiant and Cupid is required.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a certified applications Analyst, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Radiant build and must have experience supporting in Cupid.
• Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.
• Consistently acts with reputed company and accountability.
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
• Prior to moving reputed company to the team interview, reputed company candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment. The final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, certifications, education, experience, training, responsibilities, internal equity, and market data.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely and will require that reputed company employees be on camera for reputed company virtual meetings.
• The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.
• Travel is required 20-25% to support OCHIN’s business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by reputed company, vehicle, or train.
