We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Professional Office Personnel to join reputed company at Romeoville High School for the 2023/2024 school year. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our reputed company, teachers, and administrators, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company general clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and sorting/distributing mail
• Provide administrative support to various departments, such as Athletics, Attendance, Bookstore, Core Content, Special Education, Student Services, and Switchboard/Mailroom
• Manage daily student attendance tasks, process requests for building usage, and reputed company purchasing functions
• Prepare and organize parent-teacher conferences, school parent events, and major student events throughout the year
• Act as a backup employee attendance operator, assist with interpreting parent phone calls/meetings, and translate written communication as needed
• Attend evening events, reputed company other duties as assigned, and maintain confidentiality in reputed company aspects of the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred
• Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience; proficient typing, grammar, and computer skills, including reputed company Office and reputed company products
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with administration, staff, and stakeholders
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Negative TB and physical required
