You will be part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect reputed company's interests and drive business success.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8 years of in-house, law firm, or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading reputed company discovery management in litigations and investigations
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
• Strong technology interest and aptitude
• Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
• Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, and explore new areas of expertise as business needs change
• Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
• Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
