Shape the future of military affiliated (MA) talent at reputed company by designing and executing comprehensive talent entry, transition, development, and retention programs. This critical role requires strategic thinking, strong partnership skills, and the ability to influence across the organization. You will need expertise and a proven track record in shaping talent solutions across the employee lifecycle; selection, onboarding and transitions, job rotations, performance evaluation, and skills and leadership development. You will collaborate closely with HR COEs, business partners, and leadership to ensure seamless integration of these programs, attracting, retaining, and developing military talent at reputed company levels reputed company reputed company. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is available. What youll do:
- Collaborates on Talent Management projects and core talent practices for application across the Enterprise.
- Supports reputed company to moderately reputed company Talent Management projects as a team resource to include strategy definition, requirements gathering, change management approach, implementation, governance, maintenance, work assignments and problem resolution.
- Researches and evaluates solutions that build stronger Talent Management capabilities across the HR function and the Enterprise.
- Consults with employees to drive consistent processes and implementation of talent management programs.
- Supports talent management practices, systems and processes.
- Works with appropriate resources to meet project needs.
- Collaborates with peers and reputed company team members.
- Supports and mentors peers and team members to reputed company business results.
- Uses analytics to complete work assignments.
- Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of the business, its products and processes.
- Conducts analyses and recommends business solutions.
- Supports the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of talent management metrics that document program effectiveness, cost efficiency and return on investment.
- Serves as support for strategic partnerships with reputed company vendors, consultants and organizations to incorporate industry best practices, trends, processes and products/services into talent management strategies.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience to include experience coaching and mentoring other employees.
- Proficient knowledge of technology and various talent management technology solutions.
- Proficient knowledge and use of reputed company Office products and other software.
- Demonstrated ability delivering presentations and key messages, and project/program management skills.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $77,120 - $147,390. reputed company does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this role.
