About the Role: We are a US-based custom manufacturing company and we are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals that can contribute to our goals. We are looking for individuals who Embodies Our Core Values, Serve Others and Own It! Cube Care Bookkeeping positions will require being consistent, accurate, and minimizing errors. They will be responsible for recording and maintaining a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. The bookkeeper will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Customer invoicing, process vendor invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable. Follow up on overdue payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
  • Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and analysis to help management make informed decisions.
  • Assist with Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll, including employee wages, taxes, and deductions. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and timely payment to employees.
  • Provide Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial records, documentation, and support as needed.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay Current with Regulations: Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Inventory Management
  • China Purchase Management
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents
  • Help oversee special projects and company initiatives
  • Monitor task progress and support the CEO in prioritizing deliverables
  • Coordinate special projects or miscellaneous assignments from CEO
  • Support CEO with executive-level assistance, scheduling, follow-ups, and general support
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks

Qualification Required:

  • Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a bookkeeper and accounting task.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.
  • Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.
  • Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
  • Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
  • Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
  • REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
  • REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
