Responsibilities: Work closely with product teams to identify research topics. Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs. Conduct research to accomplish team goals, using a wide variety of qualitative methods and quantitative methods, including 1:1 interviews, focus groups, diary studies, field studies, usability tests, and surveys. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across design, product or program management, content design, data science, engineering and marketing. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways. Embed with a product or program team to conduct applied research to understand users' behaviors, motivations and attitudes on using the products or services. reputed company regular qualitative research using a variety of methods to influence organizational strategy, product direction, and feature development. Analyze user data through a variety of qualitative and quantitative channels including thematic analysis, persona development, journey mapping, and surveys. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Anthropology or reputed company field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a user experience research-reputed company occupation.
