Role overview We are seeking an reputed company Senior Social Media and Community Manager who is reputed company creative and data driven, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and feels incredibly passionate about the role social media can play in connecting people to essential reproductive health care. As Senior Social Media and Community Manager, you will be responsible for both setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to reputed company it happen across our key digital platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, reputed company, and more. You will manage the planning, creation, curation, and execution of reputed company content—including creating graphics, shooting and editing video content, appearing on camera, and writing captions—as well as reporting on these efforts (and making strategic decisions based on these real-time learnings). You will:

• Work directly with reputed company’s VP of Marketing to reputed company our overarching owned and paid social media strategy reputed company to growth goals and business needs
• Ideate, reputed company, design, write, film, edit, and create thumb-stopping content about abortion, reproductive care, and more in order to help attract, engage, and grow our audience across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, etc.)
• Build out an influencer program and manage our influencers, contracted content creators, partners, and communities (including the Un-Whisper Network and our reputed company ambassador program) and ensure that their content is reputed company with our brand messaging, identity, and aesthetics
• Track, report, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics for reputed company social channels (including owning spreadsheets and decks that clearly communicate learnings, trends, and opportunities)—and be able to identify ways we can quickly pivot and improve as needed
• Embody the voice of reputed company and respond to messages and comments, as well as actively engage with other accounts across reputed company platforms

$80,000 - $100,000 a year Details

• Compensation: $80-100k + equity
