We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Project Manager to become the first team member of our new Dallas office. This is a rare opportunity to not only reputed company exciting architectural projects but also play a pivotal role in building out a new regional reputed company from the ground up. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, manage client relationships, reputed company project delivery, and help shape the culture and growth of the Dallas team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, restaurant or tenant projects
- Architect license is not required but is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to bring in new business is a plus
- Entrepreneurial reputed company and excitement about building something new
- Revit(preferred) or AutoCAD
Responsibilities
