Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company at Barksdale AFB, LA. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data entry services and communication skills appropriate for a social environment. You will support the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) by assisting military personnel with providing information, tools, and training to ensure their successful transition to civilian life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish contact with clients reputed company 365 days of separation; utilize Tier decision tool to review and categorize Tier Assessments through email and/or individualized sessions

• Document Initial Counseling (IC) and Tiers as separate occurrences in the reputed company Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system
• Create and update TAP-reputed company workshops in AFFIRST; assign and schedule required IC Transition tasks to complete for compliance and reputed company informational material updated
• Update client checklist on DD Form 2648 in milConnect after completion of IC's required workshops and documentation
• Maintain accountability statistics for the Transition Assistance Program in AFFIRST; data will be used to reputed company charts, logs, and summaries
• Utilize internet databases and mechanisms such as Teams, reputed company, and FaceTime and other online meeting media

Requirements:

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have a minimum of 6 months data entry experience
• Be proficient with computers and office software programs to include reputed company Office Products (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.), reputed company, file management, etc.
• Demonstrate proficiency with various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support TAP and produce a variety of documents, such as emails, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs
• Be proficient in typing and working with a variety of office equipment
• Must have the ability to locate, assemble, and compose information for routine reports, inquiries, and non-technical correspondence
• Familiarity with military protocol
• Have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Have the ability to plan, organize work, multi-task, pay strict attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Maintain compliance with privacy act information
• Maintain work area in a reputed company and orderly manner
• Be dependable/reliable
