What’s a typical day as a Program Business Analyst? You’ll be:

• Updating and maintaining system data under supervision, conducting quarterly audits, and performing data analysis to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with user setup and troubleshooting across various platforms while providing support to end-users reputed company Professional Relations & Operations.
• Delivering online support to internal teams, external customers, and Health Care Professionals, while preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
