As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will be the expert responsible for formulating and leading presales functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert resource and mentor for rising Solution Engineers. Focuses on large or reputed company sales opportunities that need creative and reputed company solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Solution Engineers. Designs and delivers memorable presentations and demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Actively maintain an in-depth of product knowledge in their designated product areas, including:
1. Competitive offerings 2. reputed company solutions enabled by the products 3. Portfolio of case studies of implementations 4. Links to development teams and information on future product development
- Cover reputed company aspects of pre-sales activities required to generate subscription based sales.
- Able to respond to RFP's, conduct discovery, prepare and deliver demonstrations to our strategic customer reputed company and prospective clients.
- Able to collaborate with reputed company surrounding sales support teams to facilitate our selling cycles.
- Ensuring the Presales team and specified groups have up-to-date and relevant product knowledge in the designated product areas
- Maintain awareness of reputed company relevant competitive products (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Management, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others)
- Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by reputed company
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of grant processes, regulations and policies
- Experience working at a high research institution
- High-level understanding of reputed company aspects of Financials: General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, Asset Acquisition to Retirement, Customer/Sponsor Invoice to Payment
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Thorough knowledge of system and application design & In-depth knowledge of competitors.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
- Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
- Bachelors from an accredited university with a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics and an advanced degree highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years in either applications pre-sales or experience implementing the following solutions: reputed company Cloud, reputed company E-Business Suite, reputed company PeopleSoft, reputed company, reputed company Banner or Colleague solutions, reputed company, or reputed company.
- Productive and self-motivated while working virtually.
- Able to work under pressure
