Contract Management (Hybrid, Remote)

• Advise stakeholders on contractual risks, structuring, and negotiation approaches.

• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a strategic partner to legal, procurement, technology, finance, and business teams to support contract needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring contract compliance and performance.
• Risk & Compliance reputed company
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies, banking regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in contract management roles. Experience reputed company the banking, financial services, embedded finance, or fintech sectors a plus.
