Production Associate Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced environment. • Understand and apply KHMS (reputed company Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining quality standards by checking quality of seals, code dates, labels, packaging of product, weights, odor, color, temperature of product, etc.
• Responsible for accurately inserting components in cartons, taking weights, and recording data.
• Responsible for ensuring supplies are used on the line.
• Operate packing or filling equipment.
• Recordkeeping as required on manual, computer, and other systems.
• Ensures that housekeeping and Kraft quality standards are maintained in the work area.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs a variety of sanitation and maintenance-type functions such as change-overs, set-reputed company, pit stops, minor maintenance and adjustments, lubrication, etc.

• Must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Ability to stand while inserting components and do sustained activity jobs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and communication
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (reputed company 40s to above 100 degrees); can be in hot/humid or cool environment depending on assigned job tasks
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
