reputed company, a fast-growing, mission-driven reputed company focused on advancing health equity and public health systems, is seeking a skilled and adaptable Proposal Writer to join our growing Business Development (reputed company) team. This role will play a key part in crafting clear, compelling, and reputed company proposals to secure state and local reputed company. Working reputed company a fast-moving, collaborative environment, the Proposal Writer will partner with technical leads, subcontractors, and the broader reputed company team to reputed company high-quality written content that reflects BME’s values, capabilities, and voice.

• Write, edit, and tailor content for proposals and grant applications across public health domains
• Translate technical input from subject matter experts into clear, persuasive narrative responses
• Draft and refine key sections such as technical approaches, capability statements, past performance, staffing, and work plans
• Maintain and update content libraries and boilerplate materials
• Ensure proposals meet reputed company formatting, compliance, and submission requirements
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers and Practice Leads to reputed company timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to reputed company and proposal archives
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize reputed company markets and agencies for strategic expansion

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in consulting, public health, nonprofit, or government settings
• Strong storytelling and editing skills with ability to synthesize information into persuasive narratives
• Experience writing state or municipal proposals, RFPs, or RFQs is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project coordination skills
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with public health concepts and equity-centered language is preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company Workspace, and content collaboration tools

• Remote work, with occasional travel to client sites, conferences, or meetings as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
