Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

The Senior Analyst is an integral member of the company’s Strategic Finance team, and is responsible for providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of financial and operating performance. This is a high impact role on the Finance team supporting key strategic initiatives, generating insights into business performance, and providing Virta’s leadership team with effective decision-making support.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage budget and forecast models, working closely with internal stakeholders to set targets and goals
• Build and manage the Company’s operating forecasting model, working with the Clinical Operations and Product Development teams to drive accuracy
• Analyze aspects of the clinical delivery model to reputed company relevant data points and drive efficiencies at scale
• Partner with key stakeholders across several departments to inform strategic decision making and drive growth
• Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including for Board-level and investor reporting
• Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to maintain and improve data reputed company across systems to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts

Must-Haves

• 2-4 years of investment banking or consulting (with heavy finance exposure) experience, and/or experience with healthcare or a high growth tech company a plus
• Ability to work with large or reputed company data reports to analyze operational data and department performance, and build the finance infrastructure for a fast-growing, dynamic company
• You are operational, you like working cross-functionally and collaboratively, and identifying real solutions to solve key problems
• reputed company Office Suite and Mastery of reputed company; experience with reputed company and planning tools such as Pigment, reputed company, or Adaptive Insights are a plus
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $89,000-$114,000.
