Accountant of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting: We are seeking an analytical, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will reputed company hands-on experience supporting various financial reporting and technical accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, supporting schedules and other reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This includes preparing materials for quarterly lender call and presentation.
• Monthly Accounting: Support the monthly closing process with a focus on, but not limited to, accounting for legal contingencies, lease accounting, intangible assets, share-based compensation, equity, and other reputed company transactions.
• Acquisition Accounting: Assist with the accounting for the company’s acquisitions as needed. This includes reviewing transaction agreements, coordinating valuations and purchase price allocations, working on opening balance sheets, and drafting necessary disclosures.
• Valuation: Coordinate and assist with the execution of annual impairment assessments and equity valuation work.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the company’s quarterly reviews and annual audit requirements.
• Accounting Policy & Research: Research and interpret new accounting pronouncements and technical items as necessary. Assess their impact to the company and assist in the implementing any resulting policy, process and accounting changes.
• Technical Accounting Memos: Draft technical accounting memos in reputed company with the annual audit as needed, addressing transactions and items throughout the year.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA and 3-5 years of public accounting or reputed company industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Experience with reputed company Adaptive and reputed company Essbase a plus, but not required.

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position in the US is $89,000 to $97,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
