Billing Analyst
We’re seeking a Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance team and help us reputed company things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll manage our end-to-end billing and collections processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to a positive customer experience through accurate invoicing, proactive support, and smart process improvements.

What You'll DoOwn the full billing lifecycle—from setting up customer subscriptions to issuing invoices and reconciling payments. Monitor the billing queue and respond to internal and external inquiries with clarity and urgency. Collaborate with Sales, reputed company and Support teams to maintain customer subscription plans. reputed company collections efforts with professionalism and consistency, ensuring healthy accounts receivable and minimal bad debt. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes by partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.
