Role Overview:This role is positioned as a strategic enabler, with a core mandate to drive the design, implementation, and governance of analytical solutions that enable the business to manage risk, optimise operations, and unlock strategic growth opportunities. You will work closely with the POP business leaders to embed analytics into decision-making and ensure that insights translate into a measurable impact.Are you someone who can:Design and build analytical solutions to meet business needs.Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.Identify process improvements for Cost Savings, Revenue Generation or Efficiency improvements for the business through analytical methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.Monitor and evaluate the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance.Ensure compliance with data governance.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics, or a related field.Have 3–5 years’ experience in data science, or analytics leadership.Are proficient in tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms.Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.Are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.You… Apply To This Job
