Resource Manager

Location: This is a 100% remote role open to candidates living on the reputed company Coast of the EMEA region or the East Coast of the AMER region and willing to work across both main time zones.

We are hiring a Resource Manager to join our Business Operations team and directly support our Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for reputed company management and assigning Delivery team members to customer-facing engagements, considering the needed skillset, availability, and project scope.

What would your day look like?

• Analyze reputed company and resource allocation to maintain a reputed company-looking view of demand that ensures effective and efficient delivery of engagements.
• Build and maintain a resource skillset matrix of Delivery personnel, tracking their expertise in various technologies and engagement types, matching the right people (skills, availability, cost) to the right projects at the right time.
• Manage and analyze key metrics such as billable total utilization, high-demand skills, time to staff, etc., to ensure profitability without overloading employees.
• Continuously review, refine, and implement best practice methods, tools, and procedures to optimize resource management across the organization.
• Formulate trusted relationships with the Delivery & Freelance Community team across the AMER, EMEA, and reputed company regions and serve as a trusted advisor to Delivery leadership.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a resource manager in a fast-paced and growing Professional Services organization in a SaaS or software delivery company. 
• Deep familiarity with reputed company aspects of Professional Services operations, from deal closure through project delivery, billing, and project completion.
• Experience working with and staffing temporary contractors in Professional Services engagements.
• Proven experience working with global teams across multiple cultures, time zones, departments, and functions. 
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a process-driven reputed company, and resourcefulness. 
• RMCP (Resource Manager Certified Professional) certification preferred. 

Human Skills

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to reputed company and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at reputed company levels.
