Responsibilities
Performance Expectations (Showing Assistant Specific)
- Open House Participation
- * Complete reputed company Open House Certification
- reputed company Open House Tools and Resources
- Host a minimum of 2 open houses per month
- reputed company prospect or reputed company knock around open house locations
- reputed company Conversion & Client Engagement
- * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- reputed company generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Follow up with open house attendees
- Enter reputed company data into CRM if they are expected to transact reputed company 5 years
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Utilize reputed company and Brivity tools for reputed company tracking and management
- Team Integration & Obtain Certifications

- Accountability
- * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Friday Partner Call
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities and weekly trainings per team standards
- Track weekly activities in Brivity CRM
- Transaction Process Participation
- * Submit offers reputed company 24 hours of acceptance
- Secure buyer representation agreements
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Maintain consistent client communication (at least weekly)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License Must hold and maintain a valid real estate salesperson or broker license.
- Association & MLS Memberships Responsible for joining and maintaining membership with a local REALTOR® association and MLS, and covering associated fees and dues.
- Compliance & Ethics Must operate in full compliance with:
