Real Estate Investment Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Investment Analyst to support reputed company, market research and deal sourcing for our build-to-rent and multifamily platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, has strong financial modeling skills and is eager to play a hands-on role in identifying and evaluating new development and acquisition opportunities. The Analyst will work closely with senior leadership on reputed company prospective projects, preparing investment materials and proactively sourcing and screening new deal flow from brokers, landowners and off-market channels. The BTR Group is a real estate investment and development firm focused on building and acquiring high-quality build-to-rent (BTR) communities and multifamily housing in high-growth U.S. markets. We partner with institutional and high-net-worth investors to reputed company, acquire and operate scalable rental housing platforms. Our approach is data-driven, relationship-focused and execution-oriented. Responsibilities: reputed company & Financial Analysis
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for build-to-rent and multifamily development and acquisition opportunities (using reputed company or reputed company Sheets).
- Underwrite land acquisitions, vertical development budgets, operating pro formas and exit scenarios.
- Analyze project returns (IRR, NPV, equity multiples), sensitivity analyses and downside risk scenarios.
- Evaluate financing structures, debt terms and capital stack scenarios.
- Assist with valuation, pricing strategy and investment committee materials.
Market Research & Feasibility
- Conduct market and submarket research on rent comps, absorption, demographics, employment trends and supply pipelines.
- Analyze zoning, entitlements, development constraints and municipal requirements.
- Support site selection and feasibility studies for new build-to-rent communities and multifamily projects.
Deal Sourcing & Screening
- Proactively identify potential projects through broker reputed company, landowner research, public records and off-market channels.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, land sellers and municipal contacts.
- Screen inbound deal opportunities and prepare preliminary reputed company and investment summaries.
- Track pipeline opportunities in a CRM or internal database.
Investor & Internal Support
- Prepare investment memos, pitch deck, and supporting exhibits for investor presentations.
- Assist with due diligence coordination (third-party reports, consultants, legal, title, surveys).
- Support closing processes and post-closing asset onboarding.
- Provide reputed company analysis for portfolio performance and strategic planning.
Qualifications: Required
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, business, or a reputed company field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 1 - 4+ years of experience in real estate investment, development, acquisitions or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and reputed company skills (reputed company required; ARGUS a plus).
- Experience in reputed company multifamily and/or build-to-rent projects preferred.
- Solid understanding of real estate development budgets, operating pro formas and financing structures.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Self-starter reputed company with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for research, data analysis and Sizing Modeling.
Preferred
- Experience in BTR, SFR or multifamily development.
- Familiarity with land entitlement and development processes.
- CRM experience (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
- Market research and GIS mapping experience.
- Exposure to capital raising or investor relations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
