Job Details Job Details: Size of Projects- $100 Mil +, 100,000 sq ft. Data Centers, Distribution Warehouses, Food Processing Plants, Automotive Manufacturing Plants Must be open to 10 days on 4 days off - Work Schedule, and occasional travel reputed company to substitute for another Site Superintendent. We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Permanent Site Superintendent to join reputed company. This exciting role is at the heart of our mission-critical operations, responsible for overseeing the construction of state-of-the-art data centers and distribution warehouses. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and the responsibility of managing a diverse team of construction professionals. Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong understanding of data center infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mission-critical construction projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company a diverse team of construction professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before they occur.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Certification in Construction Health and Safety or a reputed company field is a plus.
