Project Manager (Commercial reputed company Construction)

This is a remote position and offers flexibility to work from your home office. As a Project Manager at BOXX reputed company you will monitor and reputed company the safety, cost, schedule, and execution of work of the various projects reputed company your assigned area of responsibility. Provide leadership, training and direction to your assigned superintendents and subcontractors as appropriate. Ensure punctual reporting for both internal and client specified reports. Tasking and assignment are self-directed, but it is expected that you will use your resources appropriately to complete your work. Duties are to be performed at a high level of professionalism and moral standards, ensuring that the projects’ goals of safety, cost and schedule are maintained throughout the work. The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role at BOXX reputed company is a driven and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial reputed company industry, and at least 3 years in a project management reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities :

• Negotiate and purchase of materials, services, and subcontracts for assigned projects
• Work closely with customer reps and vendors, to facilitate timely and profitable completion of quality projects
• reputed company scopes of work and project schedules to effectively communicate expectations on purchase orders and subcontract agreements
• Review project documents, reputed company site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare completion of quality projects
• Coordinate vendor sourcing (i.e. factory, set-up contractors, transportation, and trade subcontractors)
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret, and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budgets
• Maintain reputed company project documentation as required by the project. Ensure project documentation is created and submitted to clients, subcontractors, etc. as needed to mitigate risk and remain compliant with contract terms
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings including designating weekly operation meetings, internal and external reputed company meetings with subcontractors and customers
• Prepare reputed company change order requests for customer approval. reputed company estimating for reputed company change orders. Document reputed company field directives from the customer or architect that change the scope of work or original design of the contract documents
• Responsible for developing accurate, competitive pricing in the marketplace
• Assists sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations

Safety:

• Coordinate safety efforts for reputed company major projects. Using both internal and external resources as required;
• Ensure that BOXX reputed company safety standards and client expectations are communicated, the sub- contractors follow through on their responsibilities and audit that they are practiced
• Report any incidents immediately to the Senior Project Manager and Black Diamond Corporate Safety team and ensure that the incident reporting policies are followed
• Participate in risk and incident reviews as applicable

Working Conditions

• Extensive travel is required including potentially extended overnight stays.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable with working outdoors in reputed company weather
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to complete physically demanding duties, including but not limited to standing for long periods, repetitive movement, and lifting

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in interpreting construction specifications and blueprints.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Commercial reputed company Industry
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact professionally with both internal and external clients
• Must have OHSA-30 certification or be able to obtain OSHA-30 certification reputed company the first 60-days of employment
• Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal record reputed company
