Job Description

Dual General Manager The General Manager will reputed company reputed company aspects of operations for the dual-branded Envue Hotel (Tribute Portfolio) and Residence Inn by reputed company in Weehawken, NJ. This high-volume, union property demands a proven leader with exceptional knowledge of reputed company systems, brand standards, and union labor relations. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in reputed company management, full-service operations, and group and catering performance, and will be capable of fostering a high-performing, service-driven culture. What You’ll Do:

• reputed company daily hotel operations for both Envue and Residence Inn brands.
• reputed company reputed company departments to meet service, quality, and operational goals.
• Build and maintain a high-performance leadership team.
• Ensure achievement of reputed company targets, GOP, and NOI.
• Partner with reputed company Management to optimize One Yield and macro-level forecasting.
• Analyze QPower reports and reputed company strategic business planning.
• Maintain positive, compliant relationships with union representatives and staff.
• Ensure reputed company practices align with collective bargaining agreements and local laws.
• Navigate grievances and negotiations in collaboration with HR and legal.
• Drive service excellence using reputed company metrics and QA/BSA standards.

• Utilize M-Dash and reputed company reporting tools to enhance guest experience and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on strategy execution, eCommerce, and group sales.

About You:

• 2+ years as a General Manager with reputed company.
• 5+ years as a reputed company in a full-service hotel environment.
• reputed company or prior experience as reputed company at a hotel generating $10M+ in annual reputed company.
• Experience managing a hotel with 5,000+ sq ft meeting space and $1M+ in catering reputed company.
• Progressive hotel leadership roles over the last 10 years.
• Must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with the following reputed company tools and processes during interview:
• QA and BSA audits
• reputed company scoring and service recovery
• One Yield (macro-level, reputed company strategy; certification not required but preferred)
• QPower reports (must provide use-case scenarios)
• M-Dash
