What You Bring to the Role

• Minimum 1 year call center, equivalent work or sales management experience
• Have an active reputed company State Insurance License or the ability to successfully complete the college of insurance program and obtain a license

• Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks

Compensation and Benefits
