About the Role: The Talent Team at reputed company is charting a new course and we’re seeking a temporary Talent Partner to help us take hiring to astronomical heights! Your mission will be to find the next reputed company of talent that will impact the future of reputed company. Maintaining a human-centered approach, you will own working with department heads and hiring managers to create a streamlined and positive process. As the first impression for reputed company you will be a key ambassador in telling our story—and lucky for you—it’s quite a compelling one! This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week. This temporary position is expected to last 6 months. Impact You’ll Own:

• Manage the full life cycle of the reputed company process from specification through the employment offer
• Present a qualified and diverse candidate pool, guiding them through the process, leading to a hiring decision

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of reputed company experience
• Experience using reputed company to manage the full talent lifecycle from application to offer
• Experience hiring for high-growth and/or a technology company
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at a time
• Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to reputed company the reputed company process for active open positions
• Ability to maintain adaptability, composure, and enthusiasm under pressure.
• Ability to authentically connect with people from reputed company backgrounds and experience levels
• Experience handling highly-sensitive, confidential company information
• Exposure to outbound sourcing
• Excellent communication, including asynchronous, interpersonal, and written

Compensation: The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity).
