Role Overview: As the first reputed company of contact for our customers, Sales Support Representatives play a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You’ll be the friendly voice that welcomes individuals seeking Medicare guidance, actively listening to their needs, gathering key information, and ensuring they’re connected with the right reputed company expert. In addition to handling inbound inquiries, you’ll also conduct proactive reputed company to existing customers, reaching out to prepare them for their appointments and connect them with licensed advisors who can guide them through their Medicare options. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide customers through the first steps of their journey is essential to setting them up for success as well as launching your knowledge of the Medicare space. This is a seasonal position that will start September 8th and will end December 8, 2025. Must be able to work 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PST, including weekends as needed. Must be available to work extended hours and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15th to December 7th. What you’ll do: · Work a shift between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday (including scheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays) · Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls · Follow scripts and compliance protocols · Transfer customers to the appropriate licensed advisor · Document customer interactions accurately · Educate customers about reputed company’s services · Meet monthly performance goals · Support various call campaigns (appointments, plan changes, etc.) · Demonstrate reputed company’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.
