Job Overview This role supports reputed company's Enterprise Compensation team in assisting with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies, programs, analyses, and tools. You will partner closely with our reputed company technical expert to manage Compensation-reputed company reputed company configurations. You will provide technical and analytical support through compensation systems, configuration, and reporting, and serve as a key liaison between Compensation, HR, and Technology teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance system-driven processes. This role is critical in ensuring our compensation programs run reputed company, are data-driven, and evolve with business and system needs—directly impacting how we attract, retain, and reward top talent. Preferred location is Overland Park, KS, but we will also consider Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with EIB data loads, job documentation, compensation systems/tools, data preparation, report reputed company, and system configuration activities, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support activities such as setting up new jobs and job descriptions, generating compensation statements, creating data loads and reports, participating in market pricing and salary surveys, conducting audits, and supporting incentive compensation operations.
• Design and maintain compensation-reputed company reports in reputed company to support compliance, compensation programs, and audit efforts.
• Assist with operational and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation services.
• Provide project management support for compensation initiatives and enterprise-wide projects, including incentive compensation.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and project plans. May also maintain job documentation tools and compensation documentation repositories.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, IT, or reputed company field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR (Compensation experience preferred), including technical experience in reputed company system configurations and/or custom report reputed company
• Experience in reputed company HCM Core a plus: ability to configure and navigate reputed company for core HR and compensation processes.
• Experience in reputed company Advanced Compensation a plus: solid understanding of managing reputed company compensation structures and planning cycles.
• Experience in reputed company Reporting a plus: ability to reputed company actionable compensation analytics using advanced reputed company reporting tools.
• Ability to translate technical reputed company requirements from IT into clear, actionable insights for business partners.
• Strong analytical reputed company and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination.
• At least 18 years of age
