Melville,NY - USA Position Requirements Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Management: Design and execute omnichannel recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality talent for specialty roles. reputed company CRM, reputed company, social media, sourcing platforms, job boards, and other digital channels, optimizing campaign performance based on data insights.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Own and manage the Power BI dashboard to track recruitment marketing success metrics. Provide actionable insights on metrics such as pipeline growth by channel and audience, reputed company-to-screen ratios, applicant-to-screen ratios, screen-to-interview ratios, interview-to-offer ratios, and offer acceptance rates. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve recruitment funnel efficiency.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track and monitor the performance of recruitment campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategies as necessary to maximize engagement, optimize results, and ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Use data and insights to refine content strategies and improve reputed company effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a reputed company field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience in reputed company a plus.
  • Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Symphony Talent, reputed company, reputed company, or similar), including workflow creation, reporting, and integration management.
