Product Communications Specialist I

Position Purpose: Responsible for development and production of Medicare regulatory required and benefit reputed company materials to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and alignment with administrative policies. Position supports Medicare Solutions portfolio reputed company with presale and member enrollment materials

• Works reputed company materials automation platform to generate, update and review materials. Performs audits of benefits, language and content to ensure accuracy and consistency with CMS filed benefits, models and templates.
• Develops errata documents and reputed company member communications reputed company necessary.
• Participates in cross-functional committees to promote understanding of development activities, assist in review activities, and ensure compliance with a standard format for master templates used in material development.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ensure that reputed company business processes that support Medicare document development and Production functions are completed with a high degree of accuracy and reputed company the timeframes established by departmental standards.
• Ensure Medicare Product organization is run in accordance with reputed company State and Federal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance by regularly monitoring activities to assess compliance. Implement approved corrective actions to remove deficiencies on time, as required by an internal or exterior auditor, regulator or government purchaser, and monitor to ensure no repeat deficiencies.
• Supports maintenance and development of department product communication policies & procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience will be considered. 3+ years experience in communications, or reputed company field. Prior experience developing member communications preferred. Some experience acting as a subject matter expert or team reputed company preferred.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 – $99,000.00 per year
