Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
