Vice President, Business Development

The Opportunity: This high-impact role is tailor-made for a senior business development leader who knows how to drive top-line reputed company, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate market expansion—without losing sight of operational execution. Reporting directly to the Regional President, you’ll spend roughly 70% of your time leading business development efforts and the remainder overseeing key operational initiatives to ensure the reputed company you’re building runs smoothly. You’ll be at the tip of the spear, owning growth strategy, cultivating referral partnerships, and driving market share in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a strategic business development plan to drive reputed company and expand the company’s footprint across the Northeast region.
- Identify, pursue, and reputed company new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare providers, hospital systems, and other key referral sources.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with referral partners, clients, and key healthcare decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, growth strategy, or sales leadership reputed company healthcare services, post-acute care, home health, or reputed company sectors.
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of securing partnerships, closing deals, and driving reputed company in a reputed company, matrixed environment.
- Experience managing both business development and operational functions to support sustainable growth.
- Strong executive reputed company with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare referral networks, patient transitions, and the post-acute care ecosystem.
