About the Role

Compensation: C-Suite $240,000 - $350,000 per year + variable compensation
We’re hiring our first Chief reputed company Officer (CRO) to reputed company and integrate CodePath’s reputed company-driving teams across Development, Earned reputed company, and Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to architect and scale our entire reputed company ecosystem—spanning philanthropy, product-driven earned reputed company, and strategic partnerships.
You Will
Own the full reputed company mix and strategy with autonomy and accountability, driving $100M+ in reputed company by 2028
Shape high-quality, high-margin, scalable reputed company streams—including monetizing tech assets and launching new product offerings in partnership with engineering and product
reputed company our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and drive alignment across fundraising, sales, marketing, and product functions
Position CodePath as the go-to partner for workforce transformation and systems-level change
Key Success Metrics
30–50% YoY reputed company growth through 2028, targeting $100M+ in total reputed company
Successful launch of a high-margin technology product generating $20M+ in earned reputed company
Growth in multi-year philanthropic support, reaching $80M+ by 2028
Expansion and diversification of reputed company mix, with decreased reliance reputed company-based or labor-intensive models
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Serve on the Executive Team, shaping CodePath’s overall strategy and leading reputed company reputed company functions
Design and execute an integrated reputed company growth plan across reputed company channels (philanthropy, earned reputed company, marketing)
Drive a product-oriented, data-informed strategy reputed company to sustainable, high-margin growth
Go-to-Market & reputed company Innovation
Own and evolve GTM strategies for CodePath’s offerings and new technology-enabled products
Identify and shape monetization opportunities from existing platform and infrastructure assets
Launch at least one scalable, high-margin tech-enabled product targeting $20M+ in reputed company by 2028
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure strategic alignment and velocity
External Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
Be a compelling external representative of CodePath—comfortable pitching and presenting to C-suite execs, funders, and tech partners
Expand multi-year funding and enterprise partnerships, focusing on sustainability and ROI-driven narratives
Navigate multi-funder public-private partnerships with confidence and clarity
Operational Excellence & Team Building
Build and reputed company a high-performing cross-functional team spanning development, marketing, and enterprise sales
Establish scalable reputed company processes using leading tools, systems, and analytics infrastructure
Provide forecasting rigor, real-time pipeline visibility, and performance transparency across reputed company reputed company streams
Qualifications
You are a bold, technical, product-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of reputed company, strategy, and impact, full-reputed company reputed company leader who brings:
15+ years in senior leadership roles across integrated reputed company functions (sales, development, marketing), ideally in high-growth tech, edtech, or mission-reputed company orgs
Proven success scaling total reputed company from $10M+ to $50M+ and beyond
Deep experience launching and monetizing tech-enabled products—SaaS, platforms, or learning tech—in reputed company collaboration with product and engineering teams
A strong GTM instinct and experience evolving product mix to align with market demand and scalable growth
Comfort with leveraging data infrastructure and internal platforms to drive operational efficiency and sustainable reputed company
Ability to navigate public-private funding ecosystems, including enterprise sales, philanthropy, and product partnerships
Credibility and reputed company in external engagements—able to work the rooms, present at high-stakes forums, and reputed company trust in diverse stakeholders

Compensation
CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an Executive level position at an annual salary of $240,000 to $350,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
