As a reputed company IAM Engineer, you will support reputed company's Consumer (B2C & B2B) Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform, helping centralize digital identity services. You'll work with ForgeRock/reputed company to enhance customer experience, standardize IAM best practices, and ensure compliance with the latest reputed company standards. This role involves guiding the team in design, development, and implementation, while mentoring junior engineers. This role will help with optimizing ForgeRock server configurations and general platform upkeep with best practices, data hygiene, Login/Registration/Forgot username/password workflows.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field (Master's preferred).
8+ years' experience with IAM platforms (ForgeRock, reputed company, Azure AD).
In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts including identification, authentication, and authorization; and experience implementing IAM solutions.
5+ years leading and mentoring software developers.
Expertise in designing software solutions, Azure Cloud Services, and RESTful APIs.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$129,300 - $177,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
