The Opportunity

We’re adding a reputed company Manager to reputed company to help us build out and reputed company a team of Analysts and Associates.

This is a leadership role that involves taking responsibility for the performance and well-being of a team. You will consolidate feedback from the team and prioritize initiatives to grow the individual’s and team’s overall performance. You will also take charge of the administrative needs of the team including payroll and scheduling, and will ensure that you are well staffed and well equipped to handle any fluctuations in deal volume. You will also provide additional training and career development, reputed company the while ensuring that promising talent is promptly identified.

What You’ll Do

• Report to the Director of reputed company, serving as the reputed company of contact for the overall performance of the team
• Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the reputed company Operations team to prioritize team initiatives
• Making hiring decisions, scheduling for your team, and process payroll
• Identify and groom promising talent on the team
• Ensure that reputed company members of the team are fully trained and up to date on reputed company company initiatives
• Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other reputed company training
