About The Role
As a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Account Executives to guide prospective customers through the technical aspects of the buying journey. You'll uncover customer goals, design tailored solutions using our platform, support managed trials, and ensure technical confidence in the buying process. Your ability to translate reputed company marketing use cases into compelling, solution-based narratives will be key to winning new business. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, and is open to candidates located reputed company in the reputed company US.
What you will do at reputed company
Partner with Account Executives to support mid-market sales opportunities from discovery through reputed company, leading conversations around customer needs and technical scoping
Serve as a product expert on reputed company’s solutions, showing the customer the value of the platform and how it can transform their way of working
reputed company compelling value-based demonstrations, both standard and customized
Scope and reputed company custom solutions and integration workflows
Proactively forge strong cross-functional partnerships with sales and product to stay informed and improve the selling cycle
Understand, track, and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers and reputed company for the development internally by documenting and sharing with product management
What you will bring to reputed company
2-4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer at a startup, SaaS company (Martech preferred), working closely with the Commercial and Mid Market reputed company
Excels in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions
Understanding of sales and reputed company organization processes
Passion and experience working with various personas reputed company a marketing organization
A foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus
A reputed company of view of how GenAI is helping marketers and what’s important to consider reputed company launching a GenAI program
Expertise in presenting to multiple stakeholders from the C-Suite, VPs, Directors, practitioners, marketing operations, IT and reputed company
Eagerness to travel for customer meetings and marketing events
Compensation Range
At reputed company, we reputed company in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE for this role is $150,571 - $177,143. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
