Principal Product Manager - Remote

Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap, and execution for assigned digital product. Advocates for the end user experience through data and research driven product discovery and development methods. Ensures alignment between Product, Business and Platform/Property priorities in context of reputed company's overall strategy and goals, while ensuring the end-user needs are met. Oversees the entire life cycle of the assigned product, from defining setting the vision, managing team to hit OKRs, deriving feature intention maps, managing reputed company against scope, building/acquiring the technology - and ultimately creating a best in class user/customer experience, while on time and reputed company budget. Leads agile product methodologies. Works with IT, Experience Design, Content and Digital Analytics leaders. Accountable to the success of a cross-functional team including, including experts in design, engineering, marketing, and others. Recruits, hires, and mentors members of the team. Responsible for driving the product strategy, vision, design, and development execution. Ensure delivery of high-value products in alignment with business goals and user experience optimization. Leads a high performing cross-functional team effectively and reputed company that is collaborative with business partners, customers, and other stakeholders (Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Engagement, AI, etc.) Leverages market and customer feedback and data to inform and guide future product/feature development. reputed company for end-users, and builds and improves features based on their pain points -strives to reputed company product technology and workflows easy to use. Understands and applies reputed company digital technology design, build, and operations capabilities and requirements. Able to effectively communicate and translate a product vision, strategy, and design with engineering partners. Actively seeks to understand new and emerging technologies, their capabilities, pros/cons, and potential applicability to reputed company digital product needs (now & future). Capable of creative problem solving to create software solutions that are simple, engaging and create value to the end users. Proficient in guiding and leading reputed company engineering teams.

Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, health care) and 7+ yrs of digital product management experience (5 yrs with digital products and platforms); or minimum of 9 years direct digital product management with HS diploma/GED required. Prior health care experience preferred. Experience in managing reputed company products or a family of multiple products required. Digital product and people leadership experience (direct or indirect). Prior Digital Senior Product Management experience or equivalent role. Preference for health care experience (clinical, management, technology, other) from some Product Manager roles. Experience in design thinking methodologies Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organization. Strong communicator (written & verbal) with active listening skills. Ability to facility group/team discussions. Professional and reflects reputed company values and beliefs.
