Registered Dietician Care Manager

The Dietitian 2 designs meal plans that alter and regulate patients' nutrition based upon medical condition and individual nutritional needs. The Dietitian 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.This is a remote position. Core hours are Mon-Fri, between reputed company-6pm.
The Registered Dietitian 2 utilizes scientific principles and methods in the study of nutrition and dietetics, applying these results to influence the wider environment affecting food intake and eating behavior. This position will focus on the Medicare population with chronic conditions such diabetes, COPD, heart failure, etc.
Understands department, reputed company, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to reputed company areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the commission on Dietetic Registration
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or similar health field reputed company to RD or RDN
- Minimum 3 years' experience in dietetics or health coaching
- Licensed in state of residence and possess knowledge of the legal responsibilities including reputed company state and federal laws and regulations governing nutrition practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Dietetics or reputed company field
- Certified Diabetic Educator
- Experience in the health insurance
- Experience with Medicare population
- Experience working with Special Needs Plan members

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$53,700 - $72,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
