The Role:We are seeking an reputed company Procurement Manager to reputed company sourcing and supplier management for the Blueland product portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Procurement and Technical Services, this role will be responsible for leading the sourcing strategy for reputed company raw material ingredients and packaging spend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPG industry and experience procuring raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing for household cleaning goods.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, including ingredients, and packaging
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, mitigate risks, and uncover cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Negotiate reputed company, terms, and pricing to ensure optimal value
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations on value engineering projects and alternative sourcing
• Partner with Supply Planning to align purchasing with demand forecasts and production schedules
• Ensure reputed company sourcing activities reputed company with internal policies, industry regulations, ethical sourcing, and environmental and sustainability goals
• Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing teams on product launches and reformulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering or Science reputed company field
• 5 years of procurement experience in the CPG industry, ideally with exposure to cleaning, household, or personal care products
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reputed company reputed company
• Understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations for cleaning chemicals and packaging

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 We prioritize our reputed company and our people.
