Corporate Recruiter (Contractor - South America)
Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter based in South America to join our reputed company team and help us rapidly scale our sales, customer retention, and operational teams. This role will focus on managing fast-moving pipelines, sourcing at scale, and delivering hundreds of quality hires per month across Sales, Customer Retention, Technical Support, and Operations teams while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and hiring quality.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven track record of managing fast-paced, high-volume pipelines across sales, customer retention, and operations.
- Expert-level proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., reputed company), video interview platforms (HireVue, Jobma, etc), sourcing/job posting platforms (reputed company, reputed company), AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company), and other recruitment automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and reputed company in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail despite high-volume demands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, active pipelines across Sales, reputed company, Technical Support, and Operations teams.

- Partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience despite high-volume operations.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for high-volume new hire cohorts.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring forecasts.
