Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, and they are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to provide an iconic customer experience. In this role, you will connect with customers online and over the phone, guiding them through their car buying journey and ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
• Use your knowledge of the reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentor others as your skillset expands
• reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license

Skills

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred

• Candidates must live reputed company 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

Benefits
