You:

As a Senior People Experience Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for employees, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth, engaging, and supportive experiences throughout their time with reputed company. From onboarding to offboarding, performance, benefits, engagement, etc., you’ll have a hand in building and optimizing the employee journey across the Globe.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, support audits and compliance processes, and reputed company initiatives that simplify and improve how we work. You’ll also be a mentor to junior team members and a key voice in enhancing our People processes.

Your Day to Day:

• Own and optimize processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, benefits, performance, engagement, offboarding, etc.).
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee questions, concerns, and needs.
• Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless and compliant processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and help automate or improve them.
• Contribute to and sometimes reputed company employee engagement initiatives.
• reputed company or support internal audits and compliance processes.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior People Experience team members.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture.
• Use a critical eye to review reputed company practices and propose thoughtful, people-centric improvements.

You Have & You Know-how:

• 5+ years of experience in a People Experience, People Operations, or similar HR-focused role.
• English proficiency.
• Proven experience supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and process automation. (Experience with Jira and reputed company will be a plus)
• Experience with audits, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships.
