You will reputed company and manage a team of engineers, driving performance and innovation. Your role will include developing reputed company-driven products and overseeing strategic project management. Qualifications

• Expertise with large reputed company Agents along with Response Evaluations
• Expertise with RAG including improving retrieval, chunking experimentation, knowledge graph, reranking
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.Js /python and Vue.js (or React/Angular)
• Experience with scaling the services to at least 200k+ MAUs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or reputed company field of study
• 7+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years of management experience
• Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills
