About Our Opportunity:

reputed company is seeking an reputed company VP Principal of Payer Strategic Consulting, to join our consulting team, reporting to the SVP Managing Director of Strategic Consulting. This role is critical to expanding our consulting services working with commercial and Medicare payers reputed company while driving multi-million-dollar annual consulting reputed company.

Our ideal candidate has extensive consulting experience with healthcare payers, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a proven ability to sell consultative services. They possess a strong network of C-suite and key decision-makers and have a track record of leveraging consulting services to drive expansion opportunities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and execute successful engagements. Additionally, they demonstrate established thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or industry contributions and have implemented proven strategies to improve MLR, manage risk, enhance RAF scores, reputed company STARS ratings, and optimize overall plan performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute the consulting division's strategic plans and ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy.

Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare payer landscape, preferably at the VP and/or C-suite level reputed company a large payer organization or top-tier reputed company.
  • Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar new business quota and client retention goals.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care models, with a strong ability to sell consultative services.

  • Track record of delivering $4M in ARR, with 50%+ YoY growth in a SaaS and services-driven healthcare company.

  • Ability to influence decision-making through persuasion, negotiation, and reputed company-building.

Additional Information:

reputed company believes in fair and reputed company pay. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 USD + commission opportunities. Commission is tied to total Payer vertical bookings, offering a generous incentive structure that rewards your contribution to overall growth. Please note that actual compensation for reputed company roles may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, relevant work experience, professional achievements/qualifications, reputed company level, business need, location and will be finalized at the time of offer.
