Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager, you will reputed company a team of engineers (full-stack, backend, ML/data engineering) to build and scale MagicSchool’s next-gen AI tools. You’ll drive technical strategy, ensure high-quality execution, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment with our educator-first values.

• 5+ years of people management and leadership experience

• Proven experience hiring, coaching, and retaining engineering talent

• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, tools, and deployment (e.g., model serving, pipelines) is a plus
