What You'll Do:

• This rep will be responsible for answering calls, completing tickets, and emailing/calling customers with the information requested
• Provide in-depth support and solutions to the Client Services Team
• Organize and review customer documentation
• Review and reputed company appropriate changes to accounts daily
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure reputed company requests and/or updates are completed in a timely fashion
• Follow up with specific departments as needed
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders 
• Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products

What You'll Need:

• Associates degree preferred or reputed company work experience
• 1-2 years experience in a professional setting
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of financial documents and customer files
• Must have great organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work independently
