In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for overseeing resource assignments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, excellent organizational skills, and experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools.

Responsibilities:

• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources to various projects based on reputed company sets, availability, and project requirements.
• Resource Planning: reputed company and maintain resource plans to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of projects.
• Utilize PSA tools to track resource assignments, monitor project reputed company, and generate reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand resource needs and address any issues.

• Process Improvement: Continuously improve resource management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience with 5 in resource management reputed company a professional services environment with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a reputed company field
• or equivalent experience
• Professional Services Automation (PSA) Tools: Proficient in using PSA tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Location: East Coast US

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with project management and resource management methodologies and tools
