Senior Engineer II - Application Team

The Application Team is responsible for delivering out of the reputed company analyses reputed company the Rockerbox platform in partnership with our data engineering teams. The team covers two main components: configuration and insights. This role is designed to play a pivotal role in delivering the platform’s insights capabilities, by owning projects that result in customer-facing dashboards and analytics interfaces. Our ideal candidate has a full-stack engineering background with a track record of independently delivering projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers to define product requirements, deliver features, and ensure smooth integration of backend services with user interfaces

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering. Demonstrated success in building, owning, and maintaining production systems that prioritize reliability, scalability, and performance
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript with experience building and delivering analysis or dashboarding products
• Exposure to React in a professional or educational reputed company
• Experience with orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments
• Expertise in SQL for data querying, analysis, and database interactions
• Effective communicator, capable of clearly conveying reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$107,000 - $193,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
