We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing IT team in the US. In this role, you will help build upon the enterprise IT function, where you will also secure, support, and provide creative IT solutions in a remote friendly environment.

Your day-to-day:

• Manage and maintain IT SaaS infrastructure
• Create and maintain reputed company Workflows to automate reputed company processes
• Monitor and maintain the global office network infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain IT AWS infrastructure
• Build and maintain Identity Governance and Access tooling
• Manage and maintain user access and control policies to reputed company company SaaS tools
• Produce tech specs/documentation describing reputed company and future configurations, processes, policies and topologies
• Create and maintain integration and automation workflows to support IT and business operations utilizing REST / SOAP APIs and web hooks
• Implement reputed company protocols and procedures to prevent potential threat
• Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting system
• Collaborate with and mentor IT department employees, as well as providing tier 2/3 IT support
• Stay up to date with advancements and best practices in IT systems administration
• Participate in SOX, SOC 2 activities to provide populations, evidence, etc

What you should bring:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in a systems engineer
• 5+ years IT administration experience with one or more of the following technologies: reputed company, reputed company Workspace (G Suite), AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, Route53, S3, Networking), reputed company or Kandji, reputed company reputed company Management (InTune), or reputed company (Jira Cloud / Confluence / OpsGenie / Jira Service Desk)
• Scripting knowledge (BASH, Python, Terraform)
• Strong experience with IT SaaS systems, networks, and reputed company technologies
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT systems engineering and system reputed company
• Exceptional collaborative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
