About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to reputed company localized marketing efforts for our Canadian operations. This individual will own the strategy and execution of localized marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on performance marketing, ensuring that reputed company initiatives are data-driven, ROI-focused, and reputed company with both regional goals and global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ROI and engagement.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility in Canada, including events, digital campaigns and PR.
- Support local promotional activities and initiatives to drive engagement and awareness.
Marketing Budget & Spend Management
- Work with the General Manager to ensure marketing funds are allocated effectively and spent according to plan.
- Coordinate with finance and other teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and reallocation of budgets as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or SMB-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in campaign execution across multiple channels (email, digital, PR, I social media, events).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience using project management tools to track reputed company and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analytical reputed company with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
